Porn agent Howard Andrew shares what has and hasn’t changed in porn

Fab Scout agent Howard Andrew has been in the business for twenty-two years, but some things just stay the same.

Starting his career in porn management when he was managing a strip club in Miami, and chance encounter with All Worlds Video founder Rick Ford led him onto becoming a porn agent.

“He spent three days, taught me how to be an agent. It was very flattering.”

Although lots of things have certainly changed over the time he’s been in the business (OnlyFans being of particular note to Andrew,) the talent that Howard represents has been consistent in what they require to lead flourishing careers.

“In general, the boys are the same. They all need guidance and love and parenting,” he says with affectionate frustration. “Sometimes being a dad is the right way to go, slapping their wrist if they’ve done something wrong.”
