Rocky Steer is taking his new management role very seriously

Being COO usually means meetings, spreadsheets and an inbox that never stops growing. The Big Boss Vol. 1 Full Movie imagines a considerably better benefits package. Rocky Steer is the new man in charge at Carnal Media, with Oliver Lamb as his eager assistant and Grayson Cole as promising new talent requiring some very personal supervision.

This office definitely needs an HR department

The workplace fantasy is the fun part here. Rocky isn’t simply playing the boss for five minutes before the story disappears: his position connects the different encounters throughout the movie.

Oliver is the inexperienced assistant determined to keep his boss happy, while Grayson is the new model Rocky decides to motivate personally. It gives each part a reason to exist while keeping Rocky firmly at the center of the story.

Rocky was made for middle management

At least this particular version of it. Rocky’s imposing build and confident attitude make him an obvious choice for the powerful boss fantasy, especially opposite the younger, smaller Oliver Lamb and Grayson Cole.

The size difference is used heavily throughout the movie, while the office environment, desk and corporate roles give Carnal Originals plenty to play with visually. It’s ridiculous workplace behavior, obviously, but that’s precisely why the fantasy is fun.
