Ryan arrives for a private meeting with Republican Senator Paul Wagner and celebrity billionaire Casey Edelman, played by Johnny Donovan. The two powerful men think they know exactly why he’s there. Ryan, however, has another plan for their money.

That’s what makes the premise fun: Everyone is using everyone.
The senator and billionaire want discretion and access; Ryan sees an opportunity to turn their hypocrisy into something useful.
